Shipping policy

Order Processing Times: We typically ship your items within 2-3 business days with the exception of holidays, custom orders, and tumblers. Shipping details, and time frames, will be discussed with you upon ordering a custom order to clarify their shipping times. 

Shipping Times:  Shipping times are based on the company you choose at checkout (ie. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.). 

    - Domestic orders will typically arrive to you in 3-5 business days after processing.           

     - International orders will typically arrive 7-14 business days after processing. This time frame does not include customs inspection times. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking code, with the exception of USPS First Class Mail. Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically generated at checkout and will reflect current costs from the shipping company you choose. Prices are set by the shipping company that you choose. 

Domestic And International Shipping: We happily ship world wide to all of our customers. Sassy Puppy Co is not responsible for any taxes or import fees that you may incur when receiving your package. These additional fees are not included in the shipping costs that you will pay here on our site. 

Lost or Damaged Items: Once any package is handed off to the delivery service that you chose, Sassy Puppy Co is no longer responsible for those items. If you have an issue with the shipping, you will need to contact the shipping company and handle your issue through them. This includes lost and damaged goods.
