Refund policy

Returns are not accepted for sanitary reasons.

If you ave any issues with your product that interferes with the use of said product, please e-mail us, sales@sassypuppyco.com and we will try to work with you to fix the issue.

We will need proof sent of the issue with your item, (ie. pictures) From there we will let you know if your item qualifies for a monetary refund, a store credit, or a replacement item. 

We do not accept returns on items that have not been cared for as directed or mishandled.
